Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify students' sensory, motor, and functional needs Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each students goals Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success Monitor and document progress, adjusting interventions as necessary Provide recommendations for adaptive equipment and classroom modifications Desired Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist credentialed for school-based therapy services Experience working with children across K-12 age groups in educational environments Strong knowledge of developmental milestones and therapy techniques relevant to school settings Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families Flexibility to work during standard school hours throughout the contract duration Location: Glen Burnie, MD convenient for professionals residing in surrounding areas.
