Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students K-12 Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs Provide direct therapy services to address articulation, fluency, voice, and language disorders Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student performance and therapy sessions Participate in team meetings and professional development activities as needed Qualifications: Current and valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Experience working with school-aged children in a K-12 setting preferred Knowledge of speech and language assessment tools and intervention techniques Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, families, and school staff Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs Location: Glen Burnie, Maryland work within a vibrant school community dedicated to fostering student growth and achievement.
