We are seeking two dedicated Special Education Teachers to provide effective learning support in resource class settings. The role focuses on primarily push-in services with some pull-out instruction to meet diverse student needs. Each teacher will manage a caseload of no more than 25 students, ensuring individualized attention and fostering academic growth. Key Responsibilities: Deliver specialized instruction tailored to students in resource class environments Collaborate with general education staff to support inclusion and differentiation Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and monitor student progress Provide mostly in-class support with occasional pull-out sessions Maintain compliance with all district and state special education regulations Qualifications and Experience: Active Special Education teaching license issued by the State of Colorado Experience working with K-12 students in a resource or inclusion setting Strong communication and collaborative skills to work effectively with students, parents, and school staff Ability to manage a caseload of up to 25 students with diverse learning needs This role offers a meaningful opportunity to make a tangible difference in students educational experiences through specialized instruction and support.
