Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of 55-65 students, delivering speech-language therapy tailored to individual needs Provide services across two school locations, with a schedule of four days at one site and one day at the other Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to create and implement effective treatment plans Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with educational and therapeutic standards Qualifications and Experience: Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology required Experience working within K-12 educational settings desirable Ability to manage a large caseload effectively while maintaining quality of care Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and interdisciplinary teams Candidates must be qualified SLPs; SLPA or tele-therapy candidates will not be considered Position Details: Contract duration: July 29, 2025, through May 29, 2026 Full-time, 40 hours per week Location: Elk Grove, CA School year position with a focus on hands-on therapeutic intervention Benefits of this role include the chance to make a meaningful impact in students lives and work within a supportive educational environment geared toward student progress and wellness.
