An opportunity is available for a dedicated occupational therapist with expertise in fine motor skills to support students within a K-12 school setting. This full-time, contract position involves working with children aged 3 to 12 in a mixed caseload environment. The role is based in Boston, MA, and the contract runs from August 27th through June 26th, 2026. Key Responsibilities: Provide targeted occupational therapy services focusing on fine motor development. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of students. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to promote student progress. Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards. Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment. Desired Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based settings. Proven ability to assess and improve fine motor skills in children ages 3-12. Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with students, families, and staff. Ability to manage a mixed caseload and adapt interventions to diverse student needs. Knowledge of school-based therapy regulations and best practices. Location: Boston, MA
