A full-time occupational therapy position is available in a K-12 school setting located in Cambridge, MA. This contract role runs from August 27th through June 26th, 2026, with a 35-hour workweek. The caseload includes students aged 3 to 12 years, providing an opportunity to work with a diverse group of children requiring support with fine motor skills and other related occupational therapy needs.

Responsibilities include: Delivering occupational therapy services to students in a school environment. Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans focused on improving fine motor skills and overall functional abilities. Documenting progress and maintaining accurate records in accordance with school policies and regulations. Qualifications and desired experience: Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with experience working in school settings. Strong skills in assessing and treating fine motor challenges in children. Ability to manage a mixed caseload of students within the specified age range. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with school staff and families.
