A part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to support students in a K-12 school setting in Frederick, MD. This contract role is for the current school year and offers work approximately 1.5 to 2 days per week, providing targeted speech therapy services to 8 students ranging from elementary through high school.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and behavioral challenges. Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with student needs and state guidelines. Collaborate with teachers and aides present during sessions to facilitate effective interventions. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports to meet educational mandates. Work independently as the sole SLP on site, managing caseload and scheduling. Qualifications: Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. Certification or licensure in school-based speech-language pathology. Experience working with students presenting ASD and behavioral concerns. Ability to collaborate with classroom staff for integrated therapy. Strong time management and organizational skills for part-time caseload. Location: This role is based in a K-12 school located in Frederick, Maryland.
