A K-12 Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the upcoming school year on a contract basis in Bel Air, MD. This role involves providing specialized speech and language services to students across all grade levels, working within a dynamic educational environment.

Key Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students K-12 Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators, families, and other professionals Monitor progress and maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions and outcomes Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success Provide consultation and support to classroom teachers regarding speech and language accommodations Qualifications: Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist Experience working with K-12 students in an educational setting preferred Strong assessment and intervention skills targeting a diverse student population Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Ability to manage caseload efficiently while maintaining thorough records Location: Bel Air, Maryland Contract Duration: Full school year (NSY) This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' communication skills and academic progress throughout the school year.
