A school-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is available to support students in a K-6 elementary setting. This full-time contract role is scheduled for the current school year, from ASAP through June 4, 2026. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 3:45 pm, totaling 32 hours per week.

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement individualized strategies. Provide ongoing data collection and progress monitoring. Train and support school personnel in behavior management techniques. Attend team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning. Qualifications: Must hold a valid Pennsylvania BCBA certification. Experience working with K-6 student populations preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
