Assignment Details: Duration: August 18 through June 1 Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm Locations: Five school buildings including three elementary schools (grades K-6), one junior high (grades 7-9), and one senior high school (grades 10-12) Caseload: Serving students ages 6-21, with caseload size fluctuating in accordance with a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) structure Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans Collaborate with educators, clinicians, and support staff to implement strategies that promote positive student outcomes Monitor and analyze student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary within the MTSS framework Provide training and ongoing coaching to school personnel regarding behavior management and data collection Qualifications and Experience: BCBA certification or Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) credential is required Experience working with children and adolescents within educational settings is preferred Strong skills in assessment, intervention design, and interdisciplinary collaboration This role offers the chance to work closely with a diverse student population across multiple grade levels while impacting their educational journey through evidence-based practices.
