Responsibilities: Implement therapeutic interventions under the supervision of licensed Occupational Therapists. Collaborate with 2-3 OTs who have the highest caseloads to coordinate services and maximize support. Provide direct support and services to students across 2-3 campuses, ranging from elementary to high school settings. Assist in developing and modifying individualized treatment plans to meet student needs. Document progress and communicate with educators, families, and healthcare teams to ensure cohesive care. Qualifications: Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). Experience working within a school setting preferred. Ability to manage caseloads across multiple campuses efficiently. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week. Location: Fort Worth, TX assignable to multiple campuses including elementary, middle, and high schools.
