Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy services to students under the direction of supervising OTs Support students development of fine motor, sensory, and functional skills Collaborate with OTs and school staff to implement individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports Manage time effectively to provide up to 40 hours of service weekly across assigned campuses Qualifications: Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license or certification Experience working in school-based therapy settings preferred Ability to adapt to different campus environments and student needs Strong communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to assist multiple campuses as assigned Location:Fort Worth, Texas, with assignments potentially spanning elementary, middle, and high school campuses.
