Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to meet the unique needs of students with disabilities. Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations. Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages student growth and independence. Qualifications: Valid Special Education teaching credential applicable to the state of California. Experience working with students across elementary, middle, and high school levels. Strong knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
