Soliant is seeking
three committed and caring Level 2 Paraeducators
to join our team supporting elementary school classrooms near Meredith, NH. This role involves collaborating closely with certified teachers to provide targeted support that fosters academic growth, positive behavior, and social-emotional well-being among students. Support teachers by assisting with lesson delivery, classroom activities, and daily routines
Offer individualized and small group assistance, including for students with IEPs
Help implement and reinforce learning accommodations and strategies
Promote and maintain a positive, safe classroom environment by supporting behavior management
Prepare and organize instructional materials and classroom supplies
Participate actively in team meetings and professional development sessions
Uphold confidentiality and exhibit professionalism at all times
Required Credentials:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Valid
New Hampshire Level 2 Paraeducator Certification (Earned through 48+ college credits, an associates degree, ParaPro test, or an approved portfolio)
Experience working with school-aged children preferred
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Capacity to support a diverse range of student needs effectively
Work Setting:
Elementary school classrooms (Grades K5)
Dynamic and hands-on responsibilities including potential lifting and outdoor supervision
Collaborative and supportive educational environment
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive hourly wage:
$23$27
based on experience
Full-time work schedule during school days
