Soliant is hiring
three full-time, dedicated Level 2 Paraeducators
to support elementary classrooms at a school located near Tilton, NH. In this role, youll work alongside certified teachers to assist students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development. Assist teachers with instruction, classroom activities, and daily routines
Provide one-on-one or small group support, including for students with IEPs
Reinforce learning strategies and implement accommodations as needed
Monitor student behavior and help maintain a safe, positive classroom environment
Prepare instructional materials and classroom resources
Participate in team meetings and staff training
Maintain student confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
New Hampshire Level 2 Paraeducator Certification (May be obtained through 48+ college credits, associates degree, ParaPro test, or approved portfolio)
Experience working with children, especially in a school setting (preferred)
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
Ability to support students with diverse learning and behavioral needs
Work Environment:
Elementary school setting (grades K5)
Active and hands-on work that may include lifting and outdoor supervision
Supportive, student-centered school culture
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Rate: $23$27 , depending on experience
Full-time schedule (consistent hours during the school week)
