A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist is needed to provide onsite therapeutic services to students in a public school setting located in Baltimore, MD. This full-time contract position focuses on delivering high-quality care and support to students on your caseload, ensuring their individualized needs are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct speech-language pathology services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and interdisciplinary teams to enhance student progress Maintain accurate documentation and complete digital paperwork in a timely manner Utilize assessments and evaluation tools to monitor and adjust therapy plans Engage in ongoing professional development and training under the guidance of qualified Lead Clinicians Required Qualifications: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) held for at least 1 year Active professional license Minimum of 1 year of IEP experience in a school setting Availability for at least 10 hours per week Pediatrics experience preferred Desired Skills: Self-motivated with a passion for making a positive impact on student communication skills Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams Excellent organization, problem-solving, and time management skills Competent with technology, including digital documentation, email communication, and willingness to learn new software tools Benefits: W-2 weekly pay Available benefits and wellness packages Exceptional training and support from experienced Lead Clinicians Access to a comprehensive library of assessments, protocols, and resources This opportunity offers meaningful work in an educational environment dedicated to student growth and development.
