Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with guidelines. Participate in meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts. Essential Qualifications: Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Valid SLP licensure or eligibility for school-based practice. Experience working with K-12 students in school settings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage caseload efficiently and work collaboratively.
