MondayFriday, day shifts Compensation:
$4,300+ gross weekly Key Responsibilities: Serve as
Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) , ensuring strict compliance with all regulatory requirements
Oversee and manage all pharmacy operations, workflows, and staff scheduling
Uphold the highest standards of patient care, safety, and clinical pharmacy practice
Support hospital leadership through this transition until a permanent PIC with an out-of-state license is onboarded
Qualifications: Active California Pharmacist license (required)
Proven hospital pharmacy leadership experience, ideally as a Director of Pharmacy
Confident serving as PIC in a highly regulated environment
Availability to start within one week
