A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide specialized speech therapy services at an elementary school located in Lincoln, CA. This contract position runs from ASAP through May 29, 2026. The role involves supporting a caseload of 53 students receiving speech-only services and a total of 101 students receiving speech therapy, spanning Transitional Kindergarten through 12th grade.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students across TK-12 grade levels Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and treatment Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success Participate fully in district-provided supervision and professional development activities (note: no supervision of SLPAs required as the district supervises its own two full-time SLPAs) Qualifications and Experience: Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) certification/license Experience working in a school setting, preferably with TK-12 students Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 100 students proficiently Strong communication and collaboration skills Prior experience with diverse student populations is preferred No SLP Assistants (SLPAs) will be assigned or supervised in this role Schedule and Location: Full-time, Monday through Friday One school building in Lincoln, CA Contract assignment for the full school year (CSY) through May 29, 2026 Remote/teletherapy applicants will not be considered This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in student communication outcomes in a supportive educational environment.
