Provide occupational therapy services in a dynamic K-12 educational setting across multiple schools within a Supervisory Union located in Middlebury, VT. This full-time, itinerant OT/COTA position offers the opportunity to support a diverse student population from PreK through 12th grade, delivering both in-person and teletherapy interventions focused on gross motor skills and overall student development.

Collaborate closely with the district OT, sharing a caseload of approximately 100-110 students (split roughly 50/50). Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that address gross motor skills and support students' educational and functional goals. Utilize teletherapy tools and techniques alongside traditional home health and healthcare OT practices to maximize student engagement and progress. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care. Qualifications & Desired Experience: Licensed OT or COTA with experience in school-based occupational therapy. Proficiency in teletherapy and home health OT services. Strong skills in addressing gross motor development. Ability to manage an itinerant caseload, including travel between multiple school sites. Commitment to supporting student success from PreK through 12th grade. Location: Middlebury, Vermont; work involves traveling to eight schools within the Supervisory Union. This contract position for the 2025-2026 school year begins ASAP, with the initial day of service on August 27, 2025.
