Collaborate with the Head Chef to plan menus, develop recipes, and manage food inventory.

Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.

Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to food handling and safety regulations.

Manage kitchen supplies and inventory, ordering materials as needed.

Develop and implement cost-effective solutions to reduce food waste and optimize kitchen operations.

Train and mentor new kitchen staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous learning.

Assist with catering events, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

**Skills:** Proven experience in a restaurant management or food service management role.

Strong understanding of food industry regulations and practices.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of inventory control and ordering processes.

Experience with catering services and events.
