Maintenance Technician

Position Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures, in addition to performing grounds maintenance. Essential Functions: HVAC - preventative maintenance, repair, and installation Make readies Turns and work orders Electrical Plumbing Carpentry Appliance repair Excellent customer service experience required Must be willing to be on call one week at a time on a rotation basis Requirements: HVAC and appliance repair knowledge with at least one year of experience General maintenance knowledge Depending on location, may be required to have dependable transportation and valid driver's license Able to work well with minimal supervision Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs General knowledge of safety rules and regulations Good communication and customer service skills Must have own tools Benefits: We offer competitive salaries and excellent benefits, including: Compensation Range: $19 - $25/hr PTO - 15 days accrued at 4.61 hours per pay period Medical, vision, dental 401K with a company match Employee Assistance Program 20% rental discount at our properties (50% discount if you live at the property where you are employed) Sage Ventures is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
