Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly. Facilitate communication between students who are DHH and their peers, teachers, and school community. Stay current with best practices and legal requirements related to deaf education and accessibility. Required Qualifications: Certification or licensure in Deaf and Hard of Hearing education. Experience teaching K-12 students with hearing impairments. Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) or other relevant communication methods. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills. Knowledge of assistive technologies and accommodations for DHH learners.
