Join a multidisciplinary team committed to student growth and inclusive practices
Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs
Provide direct instruction using evidence-based practices and visual supports
Collaborate with related service providers, paras, and families
Supervise and support paraprofessionals in the classroom
Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed
Create a structured, positive learning environment that supports student success
Qualifications: Valid
Pennsylvania Special Education Certification
required
Experience with students on the autism spectrum and/or with low incidence disabilities strongly preferred
Strong behavior management and communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-teaching and multidisciplinary environment
