Looking to make a difference in a supportive, focused classroom setting? Soliant islooking for two passionate Special Education Teachers to join a K12 school in Minnesota. Youll be working in a self-contained classroom with a small, manageable group of 68 students, all within one school buildingno travel between sites!

Leading a structured, self-contained classroom for students who need additional support
Creating individualized lesson plans based on student IEPs
Collaborating with paras, therapists, and other school staff
Providing both academic instruction and behavioral support
Maintaining progress data and compliance with SPED guidelines
Youll Need:
A valid Minnesota teaching license in ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorders) or EBD (Emotional/Behavioral Disorders)
A student-centered mindset with a passion for inclusive education
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Experience in a similar setting is a plus, but not required
