Collaborate with a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) who has pediatric experience to enhance service delivery. Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines. Communicate effectively with educators, families, and other team members to support student outcomes. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with experience in school-based and healthcare settings. Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly adolescents aged 14-21. Ability to effectively supervise and collaborate with a COTA. Strong understanding of educational environments and related therapy interventions. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
