A K-12 school in Pottstown, PA is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students through a comprehensive contract for the upcoming school year. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough evaluations and re-evaluations for speech and language services to identify student needs. Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) aligning with state and federal regulations. Provide direct therapy in individual and group settings, alongside consultation and support to students and staff. Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to promote student progress. Participate actively in IEP meetings, team conferences, and assist with ongoing student planning. Maintain precise and timely documentation of therapy services and student outcomes. Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders. Valid Pennsylvania SLP License and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs); Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply. PDE Certification as an Educational Specialist or willingness to obtain certification. Prior experience in a school setting is preferred but not required. Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
