This role focuses on providing comprehensive speech and language services to foster student success and development.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough evaluations and re-evaluations to assess speech and language needs. Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal guidelines. Deliver direct therapy and provide consultation in both individual and group settings. Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and a multidisciplinary team to support student progress. Attend IEP meetings, team conferences, and participate in ongoing student planning. Maintain detailed and timely documentation of services rendered and student outcomes. Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders. Valid Pennsylvania SLP License and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs). Clinical Fellows will be considered. PDE Certification (Educational Specialist) or demonstrated willingness to obtain certification. Previous experience in a school-based environment is preferred but not required. Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and time management are essential.
