This role offers a mild-moderate caseload with responsibilities including direct and indirect speech therapy services, collaboration with educators and families, and active participation in the IEP process.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality direct and indirect speech therapy services to students. Communicate regularly with teachers, school staff, and parents to support student progress. Conduct evaluations and testing essential to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Maintain professional documentation in compliance with all regulations. Qualifications and Experience: Masters degree (MA or MS) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP). Valid California SLP license. Eligibility for or possession of the Education Specialist Instruction Credential (ESA Certificate). Minimum of two years experience providing school-based speech-language services. Location & Work Environment: Fully remote teletherapy position serving students in a California K-12 public school setting. Utilizes a HIPAA-compliant, user-friendly online platform with extensive resources and technical support.
