This full-time remote position involves serving 45-55 students weekly across elementary through high school grade levels. You'll provide comprehensive speech and language services through our secure, HIPAA-compliant virtual platform, working 35-37.5 hours per week delivering individualized therapy sessions, group interventions, and collaborative educational support. Primary Responsibilities
Conduct virtual speech and language assessments using standardized evaluation tools Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals Provide direct therapy services through interactive online sessions Collaborate with educational teams, parents, and related service providers Maintain detailed progress documentation and data collection Participate in virtual IEP meetings and educational planning conferences Design engaging therapy materials optimized for virtual delivery Service Areas
Our comprehensive program addresses articulation disorders, language delays, fluency challenges, voice disorders, and pragmatic communication needs. You'll work with students requiring various levels of support, from mild articulation needs to complex communication disorders, ensuring each child receives personalized intervention strategies. Required Qualifications
Essential Credentials: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from accredited program Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Active Ohio state licensure for speech-language pathology practice Minimum 2 years of school-based speech therapy experience Clinical Fellowship Year completion with ASHA requirements Technical Requirements: Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps upload/download) Professional workspace with appropriate lighting and minimal distractions HD webcam and quality headset for clear audio-visual communication Computer meeting platform specifications for therapy software Virtual Therapy Expertise
Experience with teletherapy platforms preferred but comprehensive training provided. Candidates should demonstrate comfort with technology integration, digital therapy tools, and virtual classroom management techniques essential for effective remote service delivery. Professional Development
