A full-time Occupational Therapist is needed to provide comprehensive therapy services for students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This contract position is located in Eloy, AZ, with a start date as soon as possible and extending through the end of the school year (EOSY), including options for the following school year. This role requires on-site presence and does not support virtual therapy sessions. Key Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy services tailored to K-12 students diverse needs in a school setting. Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans focusing on fine and gross motor skills. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support student development and progress. Supervise and work closely with strong Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) assigned to the caseload. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all applicable regulations and protocols. Preferred Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with experience in school-based settings. Familiarity with home health and teletherapy practices is beneficial but focus remains on in-person school therapy. Demonstrated skills in fine and gross motor development. Experience working alongside Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) in educational or healthcare settings. Ability to manage a full caseload efficiently and with attention to individual student needs. Location: Eloy, Arizona
