Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate student needs and learning challenges Collaborate with educators, parents, and administration to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide counseling and intervention services to support student mental health and behavior Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expert recommendations Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with district and state regulations Offer crisis intervention and consult on strategies for positive student outcomes Qualifications: Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field Valid Illinois School Psychologist License or certification Experience working with K-12 student populations Strong knowledge of assessment tools and intervention strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment Location: Bourbonnais, Illinois Duration: Contract position covering the current school year This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a K-12 educational setting while working alongside a supportive team dedicated to student success.
