A Special Education Teacher position is available to support emotional support classrooms serving students in grades K-8. This onsite contract role runs from ASAP through June 2, 2026, in a middle school setting located in York, PA.

Key Responsibilities: Provide direct instructional support and interventions tailored to students with emotional support needs in grades K-8 Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) aligned with state regulations and student goals Collaborate with school staff, families, and related service providers to support student progress and well-being Maintain accurate documentation and comply with special education policies Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment to promote student engagement and success Qualifications: Full Pennsylvania Special Education licensure required (Instructional I or II) or ability to obtain prior to start date Experience teaching emotional support students preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Commitment to student-centered teaching and collaboration Location: York, PA (middle school) This is a contracted position for the 2025-2026 school year with an hourly pay range of $35.27 to $48.62. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k plan, and weekly pay.
