Responsibilities: Assist classroom teachers in delivering instruction and managing classroom activities Support students individually or in small groups to enhance learning outcomes Help implement lesson plans and educational materials under teacher guidance Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment Monitor and report on student progress and behavior Assist with classroom organization and preparation Qualifications: Experience working with children in an educational setting, preferably K-12 Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructional plans Patience, flexibility, and enthusiasm for supporting diverse learners Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff Relevant paraprofessional training or certification is a plus Location: Aurora, Colorado Duration: Contract for the New School Year (NSY) This position offers the chance to play an integral role in the academic and social development of students within a supportive school community.
