This position serves
elementary students in a Setting II/III classroom , with a primary focus on
students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) . Youll be part of a strong support system that includes experienced paras, collaborative colleagues, and school leaders who listen and respond. What Youll Be Doing:
Providing specialized instruction to elementary students based on their IEP goals
Supporting students with ASD and other unique learning needs
Working in a structured, well-supported Setting II/III environment
Collaborating with general education staff and service providers
Leading IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and data collection
Creating a positive, structured classroom space that helps students thrive
What Were Looking For:
Current Minnesota Special Education teaching license (required)
Experience with ASD or students with similar needs is highly preferred
Strong behavior management and communication skills
Team-first mindset and a passion for inclusive education
Ability to adapt instruction and routines to support student growth
