Administrative Asst

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr - $23.75/hr
Shift Timings:
8 hours per day (between the hours of 7:30 and 5:00)
High-Level Tasks/Job Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for the director of SCS Environment & Sustainability (E&S) and the E&S department Support Director including calendar management, expense report reconciliation, and travel management - flights, hotel, car service/rental, meals Perform various administrative duties to support the E&S team including departmental calendar and coordinating meetings and events, including catering, room set-up and breakdown Perform various administrative duties including procuring and maintaining office and breakroom supplies, coordinating office maintenance, oversight of PCs, laptops, copiers, printers, and other office equipment Manage purchase requests, process check requests, process and reconcile invoices Serve as department timekeeper using Oracle PaySOurce Reconcile expense reports using Oracle Expense Maintain department documents and participate in record retention efforts Ensure adherence to administrative, accounting and compliance procedures Provide backup assistance to other administrative support personnel Perform ad hoc miscellaneous administrative assignments as directed
Job Experience needed:
Experience in an administrative support role in an office environment (assistance to director and manager level preferred) Demonstrated strong personal computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel, SharePoint and OneNote), also experience with accounting software/Oracle and Maximo preferred Proven interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Excellent planning and organizational skills
Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent required. College experience or degree desired
