Dover Staffing is seeking a highly organized and proactive
Administrative Assistant
to support the Director of SCS Environment & Sustainability (E&S) and the broader E&S department. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a passion for keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct administrative support to the Director, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reconciliation Organize departmental meetings and events, including catering and room logistics Maintain office supplies, coordinate maintenance, and oversee equipment (PCs, laptops, printers, etc.) Process purchase and check requests, reconcile invoices, and manage timekeeping and expense systems via Oracle Maintain departmental records and support document retention efforts Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Collaborate with other administrative personnel and provide backup support as needed Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks assigned Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, preferably supporting director or manager-level staff Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneNote) Experience with Oracle and Maximo systems preferred Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and take initiative Ideal Candidate Attributes
