Global Paint for Charity is in search of an Executive Assistant to provide crucial administrative support to our executive team and assist with various organizational tasks within our GPC organization. Ideal candidates will bring proven experience as an Executive Assistant, showcasing strong organizational skills, attention to detail, exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, and efficient data management. Proficiency in the Google Suites platform at an intermediate to advanced level is highly desirable. Main Responsibilities & Duties: Demonstrating GPC Core Values, including Commitment to Those in Need, Integrity, Excellence, Urgency, Collaboration, Professionalism, Respect, and Teamwork. Administrative support: Assisting the executive team in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings. Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses. Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining and updating organizational documents such as policies, procedures, and guidelines. Communication: Maintaining effective communication channels between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders. Managing correspondence, inquiries, and requests from various parties. Project Coordination: Supporting the executive team in planning, organizing, and executing special projects or initiatives. Event Planning: Assisting in planning and coordinating events, fundraisers, and community outreach activities. General support: Undertaking various ad hoc tasks and assignments to facilitate the smooth functioning of the organization. Qualifications: Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written. Impeccable attention to detail. Passion for the environment and community assistance. Excellent customer service skills. Proficiency in all Google Suites software applications (Sheets, Forms, etc.). Ability to communicate conflicts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Efficient time management skills. Nonprofit experience is advantageous. Time Commitments: 5 to 8 hours per week, remote work from home. 1 to 2 hours for virtual team meetings.
