Our client, a leading organization in the energy and utility sector, is seeking a Material Coordinator to join their team. As a Material Coordinator, you will be part of the Supply Chain Operations supporting the coordination of major equipment shipments and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to learn and navigate Maximo and Excel efficiently, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Coordinate shipment of major equipment to service centers based on immediate needs Review and assist with material requests to support business operations in Distribution, Transmission, or Generation Monitor open material requests and purchase orders to identify needs for expediting or alternative sourcing Maintain daily inventory reports and address exceptions promptly Train team members on Materials Management systems and provide ongoing process feedback What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Procurement, or related field, or equivalent experience Minimum of two years of experience in Supply Chain or related business roles Ability to learn and navigate Maximo and Excel on a daily basis Strong communication and organizational skills Willingness to support emergency material requirements and travel when necessary What's in it for me?
