Entry Level / Experienced Customer Service Representative

We are a well-established and consistently growing company servicing Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Diego, and San Jose. We are looking for full-time individuals at our office in the city of San Diego. This person will be a part of our call center operating as the first point of contact for our customers when scheduling service appointments.
At least 1 year of Customer Service experience is preferable.
Responsibilities
Answering inbound calls and placing outbound calls. Communicating with customers about their appointment times and delays. Positive phone presence and attitude. Team player who can work independently. Reliability / Good Attendance / Punctuality. Strong work ethic, initiative, and integrity. Deliver call scripts with an authentic cadence; be clear, compelling and personable. Must be able to talk & type on the computer at the same time. Schedule appointments for our customers in our dispatching software. Answer the phone with a smile in your voice. Qualifications
Thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Multitasking and attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual is a Plus (English/Spanish). Great phone etiquette. Extremely organized. Ability to work in an office team environment. Friendly disposition with strong communication skills. Think quickly and handle fast-paced situations.
