Role Description We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who excels at communication, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys helping people. The ideal candidate will handle inbound calls, qualify and schedule service appointments, and respond immediately to new leads from multiple channels. A friendly demeanor, quick thinking, and sales-oriented mindset are key to success in this role.
Duties
Answer inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service.
Qualify and book new appointments in ServiceTitan (experience preferred).
Respond promptly to new leads from web, email, and third-party platforms.
Ask the right questions to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, leads, and appointments.
Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into booked jobs.
Coordinate with dispatch and technicians to ensure smooth scheduling.
Support the team with additional administrative or customer-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
1+ year of customer service, call center, or dispatch experience (home services industry preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Quick to learn and comfortable using software systems (ServiceTitan experience a plus).
Friendly, professional, and calm under pressure.
Sales inclination, comfortable guiding customers toward booking service.
Reliable, punctual, and responsive in a fast-paced office environment.
