Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Litigation Secretary

to support a busy litigation team in our Irvine office. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of California civil litigation procedures, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents including pleadings, motions, and correspondence Perform

e-filing

in California state and federal courts Maintain and update attorney calendars, including deadlines, hearings, and meetings Coordinate with court personnel, opposing counsel, and clients Manage case files, both electronic and physical, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Assist with trial preparation, including assembling exhibits and binders Handle administrative tasks such as time entry, expense reports, and travel arrangements Qualifications:

Minimum

5 years of litigation experience

in California Proficiency in

e-filing

systems (state and federal) Strong

calendaring

skills and familiarity with litigation timelines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice management software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits:
