Radiology Technologist
UW Medical Center Northwest has an outstanding opportunity for a Radiology Technologist. This full-time position works nights and offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible new employees. Department Description: Radiology at UWMC-Northwest provides advanced imaging and diagnostic services in North Seattle. The team includes board-certified radiologists with specialty training in various areas, along with expert imaging technologists committed to quick and effective diagnosis. Primary Job Responsibilities: Prepares patient and independently performs radiologic exams & procedures Operates, troubleshoots, and maintains equipment Documentation Coordinates and optimizes customer service and workflow Maintains environment Training and collaboration Requirements: Satisfactory completion of formal radiologic technology training in an AMA approved school and eligible for registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) with Registry completed before completion of probationary period. Registered as an X-Ray Technician by the State of Washington. Certified by the State of Washington as a Radiologic Technologist, before completion of probationary period. Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license, certification, and/or registration.
