Required:
High School diploma or GED certificate with one (1) year of professional experience directly related to the standard duties as outlined

Any combination of education, training, and/or experience as approved by Human Resources.

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour DOE

Purpose and Scope:
Under general supervision provides information and registration materials on various national tests and assists in test administration including the ordering, maintenance and security of test materials.
Duties and Responsibilities:
General office administrative duties including:
Assist with responding to email and voicemail
Prepare Testing Payment Summary Forms and deliver to SENMC Business Office cashiers
Monitor/track completed forms
Complete proctor forms for external students attending other colleges/universities taking paper-based exams (PBEs)
Scan students completed PBE for emailing
Help with cleaning and upkeep of the testing room, office, and waiting area
Maintain supplies
Proctor exams, such as SENMC BIOL 2210/2225, CDL TABE and students taking PBEs or requiring accommodations.
Recruit, create, and maintain backup list of proctors.
Provide support in updating workstations.
Assist with day-to-day functions of the Testing Center procedures.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Demonstrate written and oral communication skills.
Technical knowledge is used for test score interpretation and using an array of equipment from scantron machines to computer software for the generation of the generation of score transcripts, broad knowledge of test security.
Demonstrate ability to work independently and as a team.
Some clerical or administrative experience.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of general office machines and telephone system.
Ability and willingness to work cooperatively with others.
High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information.
Excellent customer service skills.
