Executive Desktop Support Tech
to join their team onsite in Atlanta, GA and provide end-user support for Client Executives with their IT and AV needs along with associated conference rooms. Top 2 skills in a successful candidate: VIP customer service and AV support experience. Work schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00am5:00pm (flexibility for early morning meetings). Responsibilities
Assist with end-user support and troubleshooting for issues including PC, mobility, wireless, and audiovisual (AV) conference room telepresence and physical connectivity. Provide support for Windows OS, MS Office, and Client Core Image applications. Perform PC builds and transfers for new deployments. Assist with hardware repair and break/fix support for warranty and out-of-warranty costs as approved by Client. Provide hands-and-eyes assistance for other Client IT resolver groups as directed by Client. Assist with the analysis and resolution of hardware and software issues. Mobile cell phone support (e.g., downloading Client-provided applications and basic troubleshooting). Minor cabling and cable management where minor cabling excludes work behind walls, under floors, or above ceilings where a ladder or lift is required. PC lifecycle, software support, AV, and GCOM/Teams. Printer support to troubleshoot and resolve basic issues as directed by Client not otherwise provided by a contractor for managed print services (e.g., paper jams, toner replacement, basic configuration issues). Assist Clients facilities team and designated service providers for managed print services. Overall this role will address incidents related to Client applications, collaboration tools, mobility, wireless, Teams, conference rooms, physical connectivity, Windows OS, MS Office, Client core image applications, PC builds, hardware break/fix for warranty and out of warranty, provide hands-and-eyes for other Client resolver groups, assist with analysis, and assist with Shop and Operational technology asset operations. Qualifications
36 years' experience supporting PC hardware and software. Ability to confidently and safely lift up to 50 lbs. Comfort providing hands and feet support for server and network. Experience maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems, hardware, and peripherals. Strong expertise in documenting, maintaining, upgrading, or replacing hardware and software systems. Experience supporting and maintaining user account information including rights, security, and systems groups. Professional and businesslike conduct with effective communication with customers and colleagues. Ability to interact professionally with customers, responding to routine technical questions or requests for information. Coordinated collaboration and audiovisual equipment maintenance and repair skills. Ability to attend and support conference meetings when necessary. Provide telepresence white-glove support when requested during conferences. Wage Range
The hourly rate for this position is between $18.75 and $27.50 per hour. Factors affecting starting pay include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Benefits
