We are looking for a driven and relationship-oriented
Sales Executive
with experience in the
Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
sector to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a mid-to-senior-level salesperson who understands retail trends, can craft compelling brand partnerships, and is passionate about helping companies tell their stories in meaningful, strategic ways. Responsibilities
Develop and manage a sales pipeline focused on regional and national CPG brands. Cultivate new business opportunities and grow existing accounts. Build custom advertising, sponsorship, and promotional packages aligned with client goals. Work closely with editorial, marketing, and production teams. Stay current on industry trends, retail events, and brand activations relevant to the CPG space. Represent Celebrate Arkansas at networking opportunities, nonprofit events, and client meetings. Qualifications
35 years of sales experience in paid media, CPG, brand partnerships, or a related field. Proven ability to hit sales targets and grow revenue. Strong understanding of the CPG landscape in the Northwest Arkansas region. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Creative, strategic thinker who can align storytelling with business goals. Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with additional event attendance. Preferred
Existing relationships with CPG brands, retailers, or agencies. Experience selling integrated media packages (print, podcast, social, editorial, events). What We Offer
Competitive base salary + commission structure
dependent on experience. Estimated total salary in year 1 is $75,000 to $100,000. Flexible work schedule and remote/hybrid opportunities.
