As a Guest Advocate, you will welcome, thank, and exceed guest expectations through interaction and recovery. You will promote store and digital services, drive adoption, and foster guest loyalty. Your goal is to make shopping quick and easy at checkouts, guest services, gift registry, and pickup options. Skills & Experience
Effective communication and positive language Welcoming and helpful attitude Attention to detail and multi-tasking Engaging with guests about products and services Operating technology and handheld scanners Remaining focused in a fast-paced environment Typical Responsibilities
Deliver excellent guest service, greeting guests authentically and understanding their needs Assist guests with products, services, and checkout processes efficiently and accurately Promote Target loyalty programs and app features Handle returns, de-escalate issues, and recover guest satisfaction Maintain a clean and stocked work area Support various guest services including order pickup and drive-up Follow safety policies and support a culture of ethics and compliance Perform other duties as needed based on business needs Qualifications
Enjoy working in a lively, team-oriented environment Passionate about providing excellent guest service Enjoy interacting with people and solving concerns Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to handle cash transactions and operate store equipment Physical ability to lift merchandise up to 44 pounds and stand for long periods Additional Information
