Looking for a Weekend Supervisor 12-hour shifts Saturday & Sunday from 7am-7pm.

Responsibilities
Assign nurses to patients Ensure nursing operational standards are met Provide reports on productivity, quality and customer service metrics Ensure all nurses follow policies and procedures Evaluate nurses performance Inform family members about medical procedures and doctors instructions Handle complaints or other issues Establish a compassionate environment by providing psychological support to patients, family and friends Keep records of nurses files, patients cases and procedures
Qualifications
Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in Massachusetts Have a current CPR Certification, or be willing to register for a class to get certified Minimum 5+ years nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home or other healthcare setting and a minimum 1-year experience as a nurse supervisor Effective communication skills, professionalism, and ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care centers Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel
