Business Development Associate Denver Colorado, Hybrid 2 days/week. Our client is a successful technology company delivering advanced monitoring and analytics solutions used in industries where precision and reliability are essential. Their platform helps organizations track critical assets, detect issues, and provide real-time operational insights. Theyre hiring a Business Development Associate to drive revenue growth, expand relationships, and support the sales cycle from first contact through close. Youll manage outbound prospecting, qualify leads, represent the company at industry events, and work cross-functionally to progress opportunities. Proven success in outbound prospecting and lead qualification
Strong written communication and personalized outreach skills
Organized with CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Skilled at virtual and in-person discovery meetings
Familiarity with proposal and contract management tools
Willingness to travel 2535% for conferences and client meetings
Experience with SaaS or cloud-based products required
Interest in technology, data, or systems management
Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify new business opportunities
Conduct discovery meetings and product overviews
Draft proposals, manage revisions, and assist with contracts
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting
Represent the company at industry events and manage follow-ups
Share prospect insights with internal teams to refine offerings
Contribute to improving sales processes and enablement materials
Compensation & Benefits
