Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 4+ years of progressive HR experience, including payroll, benefits administration, recruiting coordination, and leave management Demonstrated experience in a multi-state environment (national preferred), including familiarity with differing state leave laws, pay practices, and benefit compliance requirements Experience administering multi-state payroll, including state registration and tax setup Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and data accuracy This position requires reliable transportation and the ability to travel up to 10% of the time PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred Candidates currently employed by Carbliss wholesalers or distributors will need written permission to be considered for a position.
